How long does it take to ship my order?
We work with Mondial Relay. After the payment of your order, we will drop your order in a relay point within 2 working days, to which is added the delivery time of the transporter. It will therefore be delivered to the nearest relay point 5 to 7 days after your purchase.
What is the time limit for me to make a return?
According to our general terms of service (insert link to the GTC), you have 14 days to return your order.
What do I do if my package is incomplete or damaged?
If your order is incomplete or damaged during transport, please let us know at contact@lofi-shop.com with your order number so we can remedy the situation as soon as possible!
Note: the state of wear of the clothes is detailed on the product sheet and on the photos of the article. If the item is similar to the condition described on our website, the return will not be accepted.
What packaging do you use?
Our packaging is composed of 100% recycled plastic pockets. Spoiler: gift inside!
What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
You can pay on our website by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal. Each transaction is secured via the 3D Secure protocol of Paypal.

What is the state of wear of the clothes?
Our products are second hand and vintage clothes. They may therefore show slight traces of wear such as small holes or stains, but each imperfection is detailed on the site, along with a note on the general condition of the product. It is also possible that the photo makes the clothes or colours look slightly different, we do our best to make the photos of the items as authentic as possible.
How do I know if the clothes will fit me and what size they are?
Our clothes are vintage and international brands. The size standards may therefore be different from ours and if so, we put a suggestion on the correspondence of the current European size.
In general, as was the case 30 years ago, our products have a wide fit and are worn oversized. This is also the reason why they are considered mixed.
